The Saem Chaga Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream | Review

Se c'è qualcosa che mi crea problemi più del trovare creme senza miele e fondotinta del mio colore, quello è il trovare una crema occhi decente. Non ne ho ancora mai azzeccata una... o meglio, ne ho azzeccata una, trovando una crema occhi quando ero ancora giovane e non avevo bisogno di qualcosa anti-rughe, e questa era la Missha Aqua Relief eye cream. Il problema è, appunto, che non previene le rughe, nè le cura, mentre io ORA cerco proprio  una cremina che faccia quello.

If there is something more problematic than looking for moisturizerss without honey-derived ingredients, that is looking for an eye-cream without honey-derived ingredients!!! I have completely failed all the times, because the only time I found something good for me, I wasn't looking for anything fancy that could help my wrinkles around the eyes. I was still young and you really don't look at anti-aging products when you're 19. The cream I've kept using was the Missha AquaRelief eye cream, but I picked this one to see if it could be good for me.

I funghi detti "Chaga" sono appunto dei funghi che vengono fatti fermentare per ottenere un estratto che viene spesso usato in cosmesi in Corea come ingrediente sbiancante ed antirughe. The Saem ci dice che l'estratto viene preso da questi funghi fermentati 180 giorni in una caverna, e che questo estratto costituisce il 48% del prodotto in questione, insieme a bio peptidi, trenella fuciformis and Phellius linteus.
Il packaging è resistente, elegante e pratico. E' lungo e sottile, e la crema ha un applicatore di metallo che sembra un cucchiaio al contrario(?); si spinge come lo stantuffo di una siringa, e il prodotto fuoriesce, facendovi scegliere quanta crema volete prelevare. L'applicatore serve anche per fare un "massaggio",cioè potete premere la punta piatta sulla pelle e massaggiare mentre stendete il prodotto. Essendo di metallo, probabilmente vi darà un effetto rinfrescante per quel motivo, direi proprio che la crema in sè non rinfrescherebbe 'na cippa altrimenti.

 Chaga are a kind of mushrooms which fermented extract contains antiaging properties. The Saem says that they first leave the mushrooms ferment in a cave for 180 days, then they use 48% of the extract, mixed with bio peptides, trenella fuciformis and Phellius linteus, to make this cream.
The packaging is really sturdy, elegant and very practical. It's slim and it has a metal applicator that looks like a spoon; you push it, and you can choose the amount of cream to use. The applicator is also a "massage applicator", meaning that you can press and massage the cream on the eyes, It's supposed to give a cooling effect, but beside the fact that the metal applicator is relatively cold, I see no cooling effects on my skin.

La crema è relativamente corposa; ho visto creme molto più corpose e molto più occlusive (Mizon mela eye defense, sto guardando te), che danno davvero molto fastidio alla pelle degli occhi. Questa è meno pesante, ma comunque non è leggera, perchè non è in gel come altre creme da me testate. Non si assorbe velocemente per nulla, e consiglio di usarne davvero pochissima per ogni palpebra (che è comunque la quantità consigliata). Se siete amanti delle creme leggere, vade retro da questa crema! Non posso dire abbia avuto molto effetto sulla mia pelle, perchè la sentivo pesante e basta. Non mi sono diminuite le rughette, nè le linee da disidratazione. E' troppo pesante, quindi ho finito per riempirmi di piccoli granelli di milia (di cui sto cercando di liberarmi). L'unica cosa positiva che ho notato, è che calma il rossore (visto che i miei occhi sono sempre molto rossi), e credo sia dovuto alle proprietà sbiancanti che, tuttavia, non fanno nulla per le occhiaie.
Vi consiglierei questa crema? No. Forse potrebbe piacere di più a qualcuno con pelle matura, ma non la metterei come prima opzione neanche in quel caso.

The cream is relatively thick; I've seen thicker eye creams, for example the Mizon eye defense one, that looks like clogging the think skin of my eyes. This is less heavy, but still heavy, because it's not in a gel form. It doesn't absorb quickly at all, and you really need a tiny amount for both eyes.... If you are a lover of light eyecreams, stay away from it! I can't say it had effects on my skin, because it really just felt heavy and nothing more. I haven't seen my fine line decreasing, my eyes get less puffier or anything. It just was too much for my skin, so I got some milia (that I'm currently trying to get rid of :'). The only thing that improved is not even the presence of dark circles, but the redness: my eyes were very red (they still are), but less bright red. Would I recommend it? Nope. The only people that might like it are mature skins without too many wrinkles, but I wouldn't suggest this cream to them either. Such a "mehhh" eyecream.
