K-BeautyBox | Haul and Shop Review + WTF Experience

Nonostante io non compri mai da ebay (preferisco sempre i negozi online) resto sempre aggiornata sulle novità o le cose più "rare" che posso trovare solo su ebay. Tra i vari venditori online c'è k-beautybox che è uno dei pochi a vendere alcuni prodotti della linea Luna della ChoSunGah. Così, quando hanno deciso di aprire il loro negozio online (come fecero Beautynetkorea o Roseroseshop) fui molto felice, perchè c'erano davvero marche che non sempre si trovano facilmente, come MacQueen, So Natural e appunto Chosungah Luna.

Ovviamente non avendo mai comprato da loro, ho deciso di prendere solo un prodotto che mi interessava, e già che c'ero ricomprare la Black Sugar mask di Skinfood che mi era finita. Con qualcosa come 25 euro di spesa, email di ordine ricevuto e tracking number funzionante andavo tranquilla. E questo succedeva a Gennaio.
Dopo di che una sfortunata (?) serie di eventi è avvenuta...

So, basically I never shop from ebay (I prefer e-stores) but every now and then I browse for limited editions, new products or stuff that's not available everywhere else but there. Through all the ebay online sellers, kbeautybox was the one who had some pretty difficult stuff to find online, brand such as Chosungah luna, MacQueen and So natural...and when i saw that they were going to open their online store (just like Beautynetkorea and Roseroseshop ecc already did), i decided to go shop from them. Even if the feedback was all 5 stars, I wanted to purchase just one thing, also to test their store. I spent something like 25 euro shipping included to get my items, plus after my registration to the site, I received my confirmation email and my trucking number, so  thought everything was going to be okay. This happened on January.
After that...Here's my unlucky experience.

Ora, io di solito mi metto e faccio una recensione accurata dei negozi, ma non mi va' di sprecare tempo e sforzi per un negozio che non ha tenuto per niente in considerazione me come cliente. Quindi beccatevi la mia storia!
Premettendo che ci fu' il capodanno cinese e molti dei vostri pacchi sono stati bloccati proprio in quel periodo, le nostre str********* poste italiane, sempre molto efficienti e piene di grandi lavoratori *inserire emoticon sarcastica qui*, hanno fatto arrivare la lettera della dogana con un nome sbagliatissimo tipo "mbubox" (ah-ha.) e nessun riferimento al magazzino e vari dati mancanti per la compilazione dei documenti. Siccome io non sono una sprovveduta e ho fatto moooolta pratica con dogane, servizi clienti e documenti altrui (principalmente i vostri lol ), ho saputo compilare la documentazione ed il pacco si è mosso... Da lì in poi non c'è stata più notizia. Poste italiane lo segnava su "Linate" mentre il mio adorato 17track (che consiglio per tracciare pacchi) lo segnalava come in fase di sdoganamento.
Tutto d'un tratto, dopo un mese in cui nulla era cambiato, trallallà il mio pacco lascia l'Italia....
Ovviamente vado sul sito per contattare il servizio clienti di k-beautybox....e vedo che il sito è stato eliminato. Fortunatamente sapevo dove trovarli, i carissimi kbeautyboxiani, e sono subito andata a scrivergli sull'email del loro contatto ebay.

Ora, onestamente, loro non sono chissà che grandezza di negozio e tutta sta grande popolarità, quindi non mi spiego perchè ogni email di risposta ci metteva una settimana ad arrivarmi. Non sto a dirvi tutte le traversie che ho dovuto passare per riuscire a provare che io fossi una loro cliente e che avessi ordinato da loro, anche se ci sta un po' di diffidenza. Quello che non accetto sono i ritardi e il fatto che, non appena il mio pacco è ritornato nelle loro mani, loro SUBITO hanno richiesto risposto con la richiesta di pagamento delle spese di spedizione per rinviarmelo. Comodo, quando si tratta di prendere soldi, rispondere subito! Questo è il genere di sottigliezza che per me fa grande differenza. Molti altri negozi più importanti e famosi ci hanno messo un giorno o due a rispondere alle mail, così come hanno sempre dimostrato di mettere il cliente al primo posto. Comunque, fatto sta che mi hanno detto che il sito è chiuso per rinnovo (da 5 mesi?) e che potevo scegliere il rimborso o no e blah blah... Per quello che valeva ho pagato le spese di spedizioni e, DOPO CINQUE MESI, il pacco è finalmente arrivato oggi 28 Maggio (sì, scrivo gli articoli in anticipo lol).

The story, as you can imagine (and see) it's long. I ordered from kbeautybox new site in january, conscious that there could be some delays due to the chinese new year. Sadly, during that period, many packages were stopped by the custom of our Country. I thought mine was too, and after a month I finally received my letter... everything was a mess, they even wrote the wrong address-- I won't really spend much words about the stupid italian postal service, because of course if you're reading this, you're not from Italy. All you need to know is that my package was undelivered and then sent back to Kbeautybox. In the meanwhile the site was SHUT DOWN-- like there was no way I could contact them. That's when i thought that since they were on ebay, I could contact them there.
Here starts my more-than-a-month-jurney with them. They let me wait for weeks before replying, they asked me for my login and accounts three times, I sincerely don't know what they wanted beside my parcel and the proof of the tracking. This looked like a neverending story that ended only when they finally found my lost package. From that time they immediately asked if I wanted my item to be shipped back, and the same day I replied they sent me the details of the payment. Uhm, they were really quick when it came to be payed again, right?
After five months my package arrived, and I finally received my order--but seriously, do not buy from such an irrespectful seller. That's just to sum up.

Non si sa per quale miracolo, ecco il mio haul!
Ho voluto grandemente provare la Royal Marine Palette di ChoSungah LUNA (marca che in questi giorni sta diventando abbastanza famosa...Ma ne parlerò nel post ad essa dedicato!). L'avevo originariamente vista su Ichibankao.com (sito che si occupa principalmente di cose giapponesi) nel Kit insieme ad altri prodotti, ma come prezzo non mi sembrava il caso, quindi ho deciso di prendere questa da kbeautybox.

So..Finally I'm ready to talk about my haul!
I really wanted my Chosungah LUNA (I will talk about the brand when my review of the palette will be ready ) Royal Marine Palette, but since on Ichibankao they were selling the entire kit and it was too expensive, so I just decided to order it from them.

Oltretutto, tanto per dirne una, sarebbe dovuta essere insieme al pennello e all'applicatore capace di mettere due ombretti allo stesso tempo, che era la particolarità di questa palette...ma niente, nessuna traccia. Inoltre L'etichetta dietro è stata palesemente manomessa e qualcosa è stata cancellata con il pennarello nero...Non preoccupatevi, non solo l'ho segnalato e aspetto risposta (arriverà mai?), ma l'ho disinfettata per bene tanto per sicurezza. Amen per l'etichetta. Inoltre, vorrei consigliarvi di non acquistarla a meno che non vi piacciano questo genere di limited editions, perchè è troppo introvabile per farsi tutto questo sbatti. Se mi chiederanno di rimandargliela per sostituirla, gli dirò candidamente di infilarsi una scopa in culo, perchè ho avuto fin troppa pazienza e non userò altri solidi.
Comunque, è una palette particolare, non a tutti può piacere, ma conto di poterla recensire presto.

On a side note, the palette had to arrive with two applicators and a brush...And it didn't, which is very disappointing, since the applicators of this palette are unique and specifically made to be used with those eyeshadows. Also, you can see that someone tried to take off the label and used a marker to hide something...maybe the date of production? I don't know. Don't worry, I know this edition was old. Also, I wrote to them about it--will they ever reply? I don't know! But I let this review with pictures here to show you. Anyway, I disinfected the palette and all, and I'm now using it anyway, and I'll be soon ready to give you a review.

L'altra cosa che ho comprato è questa maschera Skinfood, che ho ricomprato sperando di vederla arrivare  in tempo per quando mi sarebbe finita la mia...cosa che non è successo, ma okay, l'ho sostituita con lo scrub di Klairs che è simile, se non uguale!

The other thing I bought It's a repurchase, and it's finally my new Skinfood Black Sugar Wash off Mask, very similiar to the Klairs's scrub that I've used while waiting for this.

In quanto a samples...sembra siano stati generosi, ma per carità, è una quantità standard di samples e, sarà che ho il dente avvelenato, la cosa mi lascia indifferente. L'unica cosa positiva è la cura dei dettagli, Tutto era impacchettato bene e con un nastrino al posto dello scotch, e c'era pure un bigliettino di ringraziamento.... Ah-ha.
No, seriamente, posso terminare il mio articolo con un "Ah-ha." sarcastico? Certo che sì, questo è il mio blog, e le mie conclusioni penso l'abbiate intuite!

Sample wise it may seem like they've been generous, but it's honestly the right amount of samples I always get. Or maybe I'm poisoned and I don't think they repay the hassle of this order...the haul of doom! Also, It's all well packed, everything is cute (but sometimes cutesy is not enough) and they have the nice thought to put a thank you paper inside. But I don't think I will give them 5 stars, honestly :'D
To sum up...do I really have to sum up? *sarcasm*
