Tadaaaam! E' estate, e per molte significa tirare fuori i solari!
First thing first...Always use sunscreen, even in Winter. Sunscreen should always be part of your routine, and, believe me, there's a sunscreen for everyone out there, and the asian market is litterally full of sunblock creams in every texture and format you could imagine. It's not a secret that asians are obsessed over sunscreens because the sun can damage the skin, and make it darker and less young looking.
Today's product review is going to be about a really nice sunblock by Enesti. I found it in my Memebox Waterproof Cosmetics (It doesn't ship to europe anymore) long time ago, but I haven't started using it until it was Winter already and I had started to use chemical exfoliants (so I needed sunscreen). The pictures have been taken in winter too, as you can see from my scarf lol
Sono molto felice di aver cominciato ad usare questa crema in inverno, perchè probabilmente nonl'avrei apprezzata a pieno se l'avessi usata solo in estate. Invece ho potuto apprezzare i pregi e notare i difetti di questo solare e vi posso dire che per /me/ questa è una protezione da usare d'inverno. Sono sempre stata abituata alla leggerissima Zero Ac Sun, che era un fluido facilmente assorbibile, adatto alle pelli sensibili e secche. Questa crema solare invece è corposa, ha una texture spessa e che si sente molto sul viso. La sensazione di pesantezza che da' se ne va via solo dopo averla massaggiata molto bene sul viso, e comunque ammetto che ci si abitua alla sensazione stessa dopo un po'. Se tendete a sudare (in Estate e non) e non vi piacciono le cose pesanti sulla pelle, probabilmente non amerete questa crema. Probabilmente è così corposa perchè è un Spf50... Non è per niente oleosa, anzi, mi stupisco che sia così secca nonostante sia anche idratante. Proprio per questa sua secchezza, si stende con un po' di difficoltà.
I'm so glad I started to use this sunscreen during winter because it has a really thick texture. I'm used to the lightweight fluid that was the Zero Ac Sun, so this, for me, it's actually really thick... You can feel it on your skin until it's fully absorbed. If you're prone to sweat, this sunblock might bother you a bit because it gives a slightly clogging feeling that disappears only after you rub the cream in your skin and get used to it; this might be due to the fact that it's spf 50. I don't want to lie, there are better textures for sensitive skins and mature skin (that usually don't like heavy things.).
As I said, this sunblock comes a white thick and dry formula, not greasy at all, but very heavy on the skin. It spreads with a little bit of difficulty, it must be worked on, maybe cause it's not slippery or oily.
Cosa importantissima: non lascia il famoso "velo bianco" sulla pelle dovuto agli ingredienti sbiancanti contenuti nella formula, nè altera il colore del fondotinta o del prodotto usato come base.
La cosa che mi confonde è che nonostante abbia una texture secca, è comunque molto idratante, il che è una manna per le persone con la pelle secca perchè è un grande "di più" dal punto di vista dell'idratazione. Ci vuole abbastanza prodotto per coprire tutto il viso e ci vuole abbastanza tempo per massaggiarla sul viso e farla assorbire. Attenua di molto la secchezza delle zone più aride del mio viso, cosa che ho notato molto in inverno (attorno al naso e sulle guance), ma che vedo anche in estate. Anche se non mi ha provocato nessuna reazione allergica nè sul viso, nè sul corpo, non direi che è una crema adatta a chi è molto sensibile per via del tipo di performance che dà. Per quanto riguarda me, la sensazione di avere cose pesanti sul viso non piace, e la mia pelle reagisce sentendosi "occlusa" e appesantita. Immagino che per le pelli delicate, ma più mature, potrebbe essere un grandissimo /no/, perchè a mia madre questa crema faceva sudare. Non viene disturbata dall'acqua (leggi: sudore principalmente) ed è davvero waterproof, perchè ,anche senza primer, lascia la base al suo posto e non va via durante la giornata. Ovviamente fa il suo lavoro, perchè non mi sono scottata per nulla e l'unica volta che me la sono dimenticata mi sono bruciacchiata il naso. In conclusione è una buona crema, come tutte le cose Enesti...Non mi fa dire "Wow", perchè preferisco cose più leggere e rinfrescanti, ma è una crema che di certo non butterei via.
It doesn't leave a white cast on the skin, and it doesn't alterate the color of the foundation. I'm quite confused about this sunblock, because it's dry and it takes a lot of product to cover the entire face properly, but it's also very moisturizing and very helpful when it comes to my dry skin, because it really helps to improve the appearance of dry patches. I wouldn't say that it's okay for sensitive skins...because too heavy (I know, I'm repetitive), but I must also say that It didn't break me out in any way. The only thing that bothers me it's that I feel my face clogged with it, as if I had a steamy mask on. I also admit that it's sweatproof and makes a nice sticky base for my base makeup. I'm noticing this mostly now that it's summer and I'm still trying to finish this, because my make up still last without major creasing at the end of the day even if I don't put primer on. I usually use it in combo with the Prime Primer purity from Banila and the Skinfood Orange Makeup fixer, and I think it works very well. I haven't had any sunburnt when I put it on, while the only day I forgot it I got a horrible nose sunburn. It's very useful for chest and shoulders, even if I sweat a lot on my chest/neck area with this cream on. It's very very emollient, as I said, so in conclusion...I would recomment it for winter time, because i think it could add a usueful twist into the routine of normal to dry skin, while its dry formula could help oily skin to control the extra sebum.

In realtà la protezione solare dovrebbe essere usata sempre e comunque, e credetemi, ci sono solari anche per chi è allergico o ha la pelle sensibile...almeno, in Corea (e in Asia in generale) ci sono. Difatti gli Asiatici sono molto fissati con il proteggersi dal sole sia per motivi estetici (mantenere una pelle bianco latte, senza macchie) sia per motivi di "salute" (invecchiamento precoce, melanoma, radicali liberi e tutte le cose che ci volete mettere dentro!).
Quello di cui vi parlerò oggi è un prodotto della Enesti che ho trovato nella mia Memebox (quando ancora Memebox spediva in Italia) waterproof Cosmetics, ma che non ho cominciato ad usare se non in Inverno inoltrato, quando ho cominciato ad utilizzare esfolianti chimici vari. Persino le foto le ho fatte in inverno, difatti c'è questa fantastica sciarpa di lana sullo sfondo.......lol
