Ho ricevuto parecchi sample di questa crema, che è molto amata dalle coreane. Ho visto un sacco di review positive, e so che è davvero molto usata ed apprezzata, soprattutto nella versione blu.
Un Face Conditioning non è altro che un primer sotto forma di crema, si applica dopo la crema normale ( o comunque dopo l'idratante che utilizzate) e non necessita l'applicazione di nessun altro primer con o dopo di essa.

I received tonso of samples of this conditioning cream, very loved in Korea.  I've seen tons and tons of reviews, most of them were positive so I'm sure that this cream is very well loved and appreciated.
A Face Conditioning is a primer in a cream form that it can be applied after the usual face moisturizer.

PRODUCT

Secondo l'Etude, questa crema sarebbe adatta a tutti i tipi di pelle, ma soprattutto alle pelli secche perchè dona una leggera idratazione alla pelle. Non ha strani odori, non è un primer colorato, dicono dovrebbe nascondere i pori e far durare il make up molto più a lungo. Il pregio è quello di non essere un tipico primer, ma l'essere una vera e propria crema che sia assorbe dopo la normale skincare quotidiana. L'idea non è neanche tanto innovativa, dato che sono secoli che Illamasqua ha sviluppato questo concetto con l'hydra veil (in gel) e il matte veil (che è più cremoso), cercando di trovare un primer che si avvicinasse molto di più alla sensazione confortevole che può dare una crema, piuttosto che un prodotto siliconico.

Etude House says that this cream is for all skin types, but most of all is suited for dry skin types because it gives also a little bit of moisture to the skin. As I noticed, it hasn't any scent, nor color. As primer, it should be able to hide minor concerns of your skin, and make your make up last longer. The most intriguing thing is that this primer is in a cream type form, and it can be absorbed quickly by the skin. This is not an innovative concept, because it makes me think about Illamasqua Hydra or Matte veil.

TEXTURE

Ebbene sì, questo pastone che vedete qui sotto è una pea-size di conditioning cream. Credo sia evidente che la consistenza è davvero molto spessa, cremosa e pastosa, ma si stende davvero bene. Tuttavia, nonostante si assorba come una crema, mi dà una sensazione di silicone al tatto.Ed è anche molto scivolosa come i prodotti siliconici, probabilmente perchè deve servire ad uniformare rughette e pori dilatati.  Quando tentavo di svitare prodotti e tappi di tubetti per truccarmi mi scivolava tutto di mano, è stato un incubo :')

Well, yes! This strange paste you see right here is a pea-size of product. I think it's evidently really thick and creamy, hence you might think it's hard to spread evenly on the face, but it's not. I think that due to the silicony formula (because it's a primer, and I can really feel sylicones in it--) it spreads easily, but it also absorbs really quickly, leaving the skin lightly tacky.

APPLICATION 

Ho provato ad usare metà del campioncino, anzichè un terzo (come nella foto), anche perchè volevo scoprire se fosse un buon idratante...E invece no. A parte che non idrata, anche se la sensazione al tatto è quella di pelle più liscia e morbida, troppo di questo primer porta a rovinare la base.

Questa della foto è decisamente la giusta quantità per tutto il viso, perchè troppa di questa conditioning cream fa davvero un brutto effetto. Il fondotinta (minerale o non) non si fisserà bene e si mescolerà con la crema, oppure si attaccherà in alcune parti ed inaltre no. Quindi non usatelo come idratante, come ho provato a fare io, nè usatene troppo, perchè è a tutti gli effetti un primer. 

I tried to use a different quantity of product each time. The "normal" quantity to make it work at his best it's 1/3 of the sample. I tried to use half of the sample because I wanted to know if I could use it as a moisturizer but it was TOO MUCH, in my opinion. Apart from the fact that it has not a real moisturizing effect (it's just a feeling), too much primer will ruin your base. The effect is really gross, because the primer will melt with the foundation, creating some little color patches. Same with the mineral foundation. While, if you use the right amount, I think it works really well with powders/mineral foundations because they stick better to the sticky base the primer creates, but it's not made for holding powder stuff.

MY EXPERIENCE

La crema primer si stende davvero facilmente, nonostante sia davvero molto corposa. Ho notato che non appena applicata lascia un alone biancastro che a me non dà molto fastidio, essendo io bianchissima. Uniforma l'incarnato fino ad un certo punto: copre un po' i pori dilatati e sicuramente aiuta a nascondere le parti più disidratate del viso, ma di certo non uniforma il colorito nè aiuta con problemi come rossori o pori evidentissimi. Ma del resto non possiamo chiedere miracoli ad una crema che viene presentata come un nuovo primer tuttofare. 

Per quanto riguarda la parte "idratante", come ho già detto, non idrata, ma nasconde le parti critiche molto bene.

It's easy to apply and to blend on the skin, even if it leaves a white veil on the skin that it gets absorbed quick enough to not disturb the makeup application. 

It eavens out the skin til a certain point, because it doesn't anything for major issues such as large pores, but it helps to hide dry patches on the skin. Even if it helps with dry patches, it doesn't moisturize the skin.

Se steso con parsimonia e si lascia fissare nella pelle, questo primer aiuta il trucco a durare davvero molto; io dico sempre che passo molto tempo fuori prima di tornare a casa, quindi per me il primer DEVE assolutamente fare la differenza. Devo ammettere che i risultati sono stati accettabili anche quando ho abbondato troppo con la crema. normalmente questo primer ha fatto durare il mio bb cushion della Laneige (che ha già di per sè una durata molto lunga) dieci ore (sono uscita per l'happy hour direttamente dall'Università ahah). Non mi è piaciuta la performance con il fondotinta minerale, perchè i due davvero non vanno d'accordo; si mescolano nelle aree dove muovo di più il viso, creando inestetiche lineette.

Okay, I must say that if you use the right amount, and by "right amount" I mean a pea size of product, it blends well and it really helps your makeup last longer. I always say how much time I spend outside because of uni and sometimes I go out with my friends directly from university, so that I don't have any chance to touch up my make up. The results have been quite decent even when I used too much of face conditioning, but the best results come if you paired it with a bb cushion. It made my already long lasting laneige cushion last longer, at least 10 hours. With mineral foundation it doesn't give its best, because it doesn't last a lot...just 5 hours, but you can definitely see fine lines and patches .

Direi che questo primer può risultare moooolto attraente per alcuni, poco per altri. Sicuramente mi sentirei di consigliarvelo se le vostre opzioni quotidiane sono Essence, Catrice o L'oreal...questo costa meno, e fa sicuramente meglio il suo lavoro (7 euro per 75 ml di prodotto non sono tanti), ma se siete abituate ad alte performance in ogni senso, questo primer non fa per voi.

I would say that this primer could be a great affordable option if you're not used to high end products, otherwise, this primer will be just "meh". I guess it can be considered good for everyday use, but surely not something to rely on for special occasions.
