CROQUIS Eyeshadow & Blusher in Shimmering peach

Molti mesi fa, avevo scritto una review e fatto l'unboxing della mia prima MEMEBOX. (Anche se tante cose sono cambiate sul sito memebox e dovrei fare un'altra review, ma alla fine ce ne sono miliardi in giro, ormai.), fra cui c'era il prodotto di cui vi parlo oggi,

Il sito memebox lo descrive così: 

"When blended in with a darker colour shadow and liner, Croquis' waterproof, cream-type crayon can create a shimmery peach gradation eye makeup! It smoothly glides onto your eye and contours, giving it a nice, silky finish without being clumpy or sticky. "

A parte la descrizione piuttosto fantasiosa, non è che mi aspettassi molto da questo ombretto, visto e considerato che non vado pazza per i prodotti multiuso. Quindiiii....passiamo alla review!

Looooong time ago, I unboxed and reviewed my first MEMEBOX, but many things have changed and I will probably do another review really soon (Hopefully in English too xD). In that box, there was the product i'm going to review today...So, let's get into the reviewwww!

Eccolo, il nostro Eyeshadow and Blusher della Croquis! E' un prodotto multiuso, che si può usare su occhi e guance (ma io l'ho usato anche sulle labbra ), e dovrebbe essere non solo longlasting ma, soprattutto, waterproof. Memebox l'ha inviato specificamente  solo e soltanto in questo colore (probabilmente perchè non lo vendevano?), però a me non dispiace, sia perchè mi mancava un colore così pescato, sia perchè non è il genere di colore che prenderei se dovessi scegliere, quindi è stato un ottimo modo per provarlo. Il packaging è semplice, ma mi piace molto perchè amo il nero opaco e amo poter vedere qual'è il colore che sto prendendo senza dover svitare il tappo. L'unico neo è che si deve temperare...Ehhh. 

Here it is, the Croquis eyeshadow and Blusher. This is a multiuse product, that means that it's safe for the eye and cheeks use (but i also used it on the lips) and it should be really longlasting and waterproof too.  I don't know why MEMEBOX only sent this shade Shimmer Peach and not random colours as it usually does, but that's fine. I really appreciate it, since it's not a color that I would have pick myself and still, it's a colour that i was missing in my collection, so I'm happy to have the chance to try it out. The packaging is really simple, just how I like it, with the typical black tube and the final section in the same color of the shadow. Sad but true, this crayon needs to be sharpened cause it's not a twist-up tube. Ehhh.

What a beautiful color!!

Applicare questo prodotto è facilissimo, ringraziamo il fatto che sia in forma di matitone! Ma ringraziamo anche la texture, estremamente morbida, leggera e comprente sin dalla prima passata. E' molto stratificabile, e più si ripassa il colore, più si rivelano le sfumature dorate dell'ombretto. Scivola davvero bene sulla pelle, ma non si fissa immediatamente, quindi è possibile sfumarlo anche fino a far rimanere solo un alone rosato brillantinato...anche se io preferisco il colore pieno.

E' un colore molto particolare, e ovviamente non matte. Sembra metallizzato, almeno leggermente, ma poi si notano i piccoli brillantini dorati ed arancioni che si sposano magnificamente con il colore caldo e pescato del matitone.

Applying this product is really easy, thanks to the chubby pencil point. Let's talk about the texture too, really soft but solid, lightweight and opaque from the first layer. It's layerable, and the more you layer the more you'll see the gold undertone of the colour. it glides on smoothly, and it has a velvety finish; it doesn't set immediately though, so you can layer it or blend it. It's a very unique colour, a peachy orangey with gold and orange particles in it that makes him look really metallic under artificial light. 

Devo ammettere che questa chubby pencil, nonostante non avessi chissà che aspettative, è estremamente sfruttabile. Prima di tutto è waterproof, e non cola neanche con i miei occhi lacrimosi.  Il problema è che se non si lascia fissare sulla palpebra, si può rovinare molto facilmente, e sparisce lasciando solo un alone glitteroso. Il mio consiglio è di lasciarlo un po' settare sulle palpebre e poi sfumare le parti che si vogliono sfumare, e poi una volta asciutto, non si muoverà più. La durata è lunga, esattamente come i long lasting stick ti KIKO, ma con un tempo di asciugatura maggiore.  Questo colore è molto particolare e non pensavo mi sarebbe potuto stare bene, invece mi piace molto l'effetto e le sfumature particolari. tuttavia, essendo un colore molto caldo e sul rossastro/arancione, va' indossato su una base perfetta, altrimente esalterà gli occhi rossi e stanchi, quindi un po' di correttore è d'obbligo. Come blush dà il meglio di sè...non è molto glitteroso, ma è di contro MOLTO luminoso, come se si stesse indossando un bell'illuminante dorato insieme.

Come ho già detto, l'ho provato sulle labbra, ed è molto meno secco di altri prodotti multiuso che ho utilizzato. Questo non è specificato si possa indossare sulle labbra, ma non c'è stato nessun effetto collaterale, ergo l'ho provato. Il colore non è da "wow", ma se si è di fretta e si cerca un rossetto dall'effetto satinato che non risulti estremamente secco, questo prodotto potrebbe fare per voi.

I must admit that I hadn't many expectation on this chubby pencil, but I found it really useful and handy at the end. first of all, it's waterproof and it doesn't bleed, not even with my watery eyes. The problem with this shadow pencil is that it takes too long to fix on the lid, and if you smudge too much your shadow it will most likely go away leaving just a glittery halo. It needs to have time to set and then it can be blended as much as you want. My favourite way to apply it it's to let it set a bit before blending everything together, then layer another layer to intensify the colour. It's extremely longlasting, just like the Kiko eyeshadow stick, and it's also waterproof as it claims. 

I thought this colour wasn't right for me, but it's not so unwearable on the eyes. Sure, it's a warm shadow with orangey/reddish tones, so it will emphasize your tired eyes or your redness if you have any near the eyes, hence it's better to have a perfect concealed base. I love it as blush, because it's really (and unexpectedly) wearable. It looses most of the glitters/sparkly flakes, but it shines a lot and makes a bright flush of gold-orange on the cheeks.

As I said previously, i also used it on my lips, and of course the effect wasn't "wow" but of course it looked a really decent lipstick, even if it was looking like a little bit frosty. It didn't dry out my lips a lot as i expected, but I dries your lips if you already have dry ones.
