Questo post mi è stato tanto richiesto da una follower, poichè interessata ad acquistarlo. So di essere lentissima a scrivere i post, ma sono anche abbastanza precisa e pignola, e spero che - nonostante il ritardo - questa review le sia utile in qualche modo!
Questo prodotto fa parte della linea "Dust Cut" della Etude House, una linea tutta dedicata a combattere la polvere. Per "combattere la polvere", ovviamente, non intendo armarsi di scopa e paletta e fare le pulizie di primavera, ma della polvere sottile che causa allergia, smog, polveri sottili e così via, più tutti quegli agenti che durante la giornata si depositano sulla pelle. Sostanzialmente questa linea è stata formulata quindi per proteggere la pelle da fattori ambientali vari e polvere, ed insieme a ciò dovrebbe avere effetti calmanti sulla pelle.
Ma è una cagata, direte voi. E invece no! L'aria che respiriamo davvero contiene un sacco di schifezze, soprattutto in città, e alcuni dei problemi che può causare sono irritazioni, pelle spenta, allergie. Questo genere di prodotti hanno visto un recente boom nei Paesi asiatici, per via dell'inquinamento sempre maggiore.

This product is a part of the Dust Cut line of Etude House, a line specifically made to protect the skin from dust, pollution and armful things in the air. Between all the products of this line, I picked the Facial Mist.
La linea Dust cut si compone di maschera, sapone, crema e mist, dei quali io ho comprato la mist.

PACKAGING
Tutta la linea è caratterizzata dal colore verde acqua, ma i packaging restano semplici e poco appariscenti. Nel particolare, la Mist è una semplicissima bomboletta con erogatore. Attenzione, non è uno spray come lacche o shampoos secchi, ma come i vaporizzatori. L'unico neo è che la confezione non è trasparente, quindi non riesco a vedere quanta mist mi è rimasta. La bottiglietta è anche abbastanza pesante di per sè, quindi non riesco a farmene un'idea neanche a peso!
The all line has a cute aqua blue paper and packaging, while the mist comes in a silver bottle with aqua blue green cap. The bottle isn't transparent though, so you can't see how much product you still have inside. Be aware that this is not a spray (such as dry shampoos) but a mist, so you vaporise the mist and you don't spray it.

Oddio, descrivere il prodotto è una sfida. E' identico all'acqua, ma...meno bagnato? Per chi ha il Fix Plus di mac, sa che ha un effetto molto rinfrescante. Questa mist non ce l'ha, anzi, sembra totalmente normale, senza nessun particolare effetto addittivo a parte quello di proteggere la pelle e idratarla leggermente.
I don't know how to describe it, most of all it's difficult to take pictures of it. The mist is almost identycal to water but less...watery. Compared to a products such as the Fix plus by Mac, this mist is less refreshing.
HOW DOES IT WORK and MY EXPERIENCE
In teoria dovrebbe costruire, una volta spruzzato, un film protettivo attorno al viso. Per esperienza personale, io non noto niente di "visibile", quindi non ho idea di come esattamente funzioni.
Ho usato questa mist in tutte le salse però, quindi credo di poter dire che....Funziona!
Da principio l'ho usata sul cuscino e sul viso prima di andare a dormire, visto che a Roma mi si riempie sempre la camera di polvere in un battibaleno. Da quando abito qui, ogni tanto la mia pelle si irrita, quindi ho cominciato ad usarla proprio per vedere se fosse vero che la si poteva mettere ovunque (anche su tessuti o vestiti ) per minimizzare il contatto con agenti esterni e polvere. in due settimane, la mia pelle non era più rossa ed irritata. Ho cominciato ad utilizzarlo tutte le volte che uscivo, (anche sui capelli , perchè chissà, magari si sporcano meno :D)... ed ho notato che è anche abbastanza buono come fissante trucco. Ovviamente non è questa la sua funzione...però è qualcosa in più, no?
The mist should form a barrier between your face and the environment. For my experience, this "barrier" isn't visible, so I don't really know how this could work. I used this mist in every way possible, that's why I can say that...it works! Let me explain though...
To start my test, I started to use it on my face before going to sleep. I live in Rome now, and there's a lot of pollution and dust that easily irritate my skin. I wanted to use it on my clothes and on the pillow sheets, so that dust won't transfer there. I must say that my skin isn't irritated as it was before, and the pillow is cleaner. So I started to use it everytime I went out, to avoid pollution. It worked very well, surprisingly! I discovered that was also a good make up fixer (even if not an awesome one, since this is not its purpose!)
Il test più sorprendente è stato quello su pelle struccata. Dovendo passare tutta la giornata fuori, ho deciso di andare all'università struccata, tranne per un'eyeliner che sto testando e questa mist. Niente cipria, nè altro, anche perchè in questi giorni fa un caldo bestiale e mi scoccio ogni volta a fare trucchi waterproof e starci per 8/10 ore. Mi sono volontariamente spruzzata la mist solo su un lato del viso e, fortunatamente, prima di lavarmi il viso mi sono ricordata di fare la prova del dischetto di cotone. Il lato con la mist aveva DAVVERO catturato molta polvere, che se n'è immediatamente venuta via con lo sfregare del dischetto.
The most surprisingly test was the one on my bare skin, no make up on.
When I had to stay out all day, i decided to go out without makeup, but "wearing" this mist. Since before these cold days in Rome was hot as fuck and I had no will to put make up on when I knew I had to sweat, I just thought it was the perfect day to test a product like this. I applied it on just one side of the face, and went out for a long university day out. When I came back home luckily I remembered to make the cotton puff test. Before i washed my face, I swiped two clean cotton puff on the two side of my face. The one swiped on my bare side was clean, while the other where I put the mist took off a lot of dirt and grey dust (more than the cotton on the side without mist ). So wow! This dust cut really work, because it didn't let the dirt set on my face, it was easy to take it off!
Una cosa che non mi sento di suggerire, e di applicare il fondotinta DOPO la mist, perchè è vero che il fondo si struccherà meglio, ma la resistenza secondo me ne viene compromessa. Soprattutto ho notato che quando ho sudato, persino il mio studio sculpt della Mac "scivolava via TROPPO facilmente rispetto a quando sudo e invece ho un normale primer.
Something i wouldn't suggest, is to put the mist before make up. Even if you think it could make your make up be taken off easily, it won't -of course- help the lasting power. Foundation or bbcream will become easily patchy if you sweat or while time passes...
E' davvero difficile poter recensire un prodotto simile, anche se credo che ci sia poco da dire sulla Dust Cut mist, è un prodotto che fuziona "silenziosamente". Credo non sia qualcosa che puoi testare sulla pelle ad aspettarti dei benefici tanto evidenti, cosa che forse potrebbe succedere con il sapone o la crema..(Le maschere dust Cut DUBITO servano a qualcosa xD), e non è nemmeno da considerarsi la panacea per tutti i mali. Semplicemente, secondo me, questa mist riesce a ridurre le schifezze che riescono a penetrare il film protettivo della mia pelle, e mantiene polvere e schifezze in superficie, a distanza, là dove è più semplice lavarle o struccarle via. Allo stesso tempo, non è un prodotto che fa dire: WOW!!! Quindi, le darei un punteggio di 4 stelline su 5. [yeeeeee!!].
It is really difficult to give a review of this product because it's a mist, and I believe you can't really expect immediate and evident benefits on the skin, because you have to test it outside your own room... Of course, benefits would be much more evident with the soap and the cream, probably, while I think that the masks of the same line can't really work that much on reducing armful stuff on your skin. Anyway, in my opinion, this product works. At least, it works really well for my skin. The barrier that takes away all the armful stuff from your skin makes also easier to wash them away. Even if it's not a product that makes you say WOW, that fucking cleans my skin! I think it's really useful, so I would give it 4 stars on 5.

Ma va o_o come hanno fatto ad inventarsi un prodotto cosi' figo vallo tu a sapere... ma l'idea e' davvero geniale... io poi che soffro di rinite e allergie trovare un prodotto che mi faccia da protezione contro la polvere sarebbe molto utile! Sai che non l'avevo mai visto in giro questo qui? E' nuovo? Ottima review come al solito mia cara ♥ :*
